Using AlFurqan AI

You may use AlFurqan AI for lawful personal purposes. You are responsible for the questions submitted through your account and for protecting your login credentials. You may not probe or disrupt the service, bypass limits, automate abusive traffic, impersonate another person, or use the service to harm others.

Religious and AI-generated information

Answers may be drafted by artificial intelligence from retrieved Quran, hadith, Seerah, fiqh, and historical records. AI systems and source datasets can contain mistakes, omissions, translation differences, or disputed interpretations. Citations are provided so you can examine the evidence. Verify consequential religious rulings and personal circumstances with a qualified human scholar.

The Quran reader visually separates Arabic Quran text, English translation, and tafsir commentary. Human recitation recordings and tafsir editions remain the work of their respective reciters, authors, publishers, and providers; access in AlFurqan AI does not transfer ownership or imply their endorsement.

AlFurqan AI does not claim that every answer represents scholarly consensus or that any named scholar or institution endorses the app.

Subscriptions

AlFurqan AI offers a free plan and optional auto-renewable Pro subscriptions. Prices and billing periods appear in the Apple purchase sheet before confirmation. Payment is charged to your Apple Account. A subscription renews automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the current period ends. You can manage or cancel it in your Apple Account subscription settings and restore eligible purchases inside the app.

Refund requests are handled under Apple’s policies. Features and fair-use limits may change with reasonable notice, but paid access already purchased remains governed by the applicable App Store rules.

Humanitarian impact

AlFurqan AI is not a charitable fundraising platform. The company may independently donate part of its profits to vetted humanitarian relief and may publish reports about those donations. Buying a subscription is a purchase of app services, not a tax-deductible donation or a guarantee that a fixed portion reaches a particular organization or region.

Accounts and termination

You may delete your account from the app. We may suspend access when reasonably necessary to prevent abuse, protect users, comply with law, or secure the service. Pro access is determined by a valid App Store entitlement.

Availability and liability

The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or perfect accuracy. To the maximum extent permitted by law, AlFurqan AI and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service.

Apple terms

For the iOS app, Apple is not responsible for providing maintenance or support. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms. The Apple Standard End User License Agreement also applies where required.
