Email launch-support@example.invalid with the device model, iOS version, and a description of what happened. Do not email passwords, payment-card details, or highly sensitive personal information.
Subscriptions
Restore a purchase
Open AlFurqan AI, sign into the same AlFurqan AI account, open Membership, and choose Restore purchases. Your iPhone must also use the Apple Account that made the purchase.
Cancel or change a subscription
Open iPhone Settings, select your name, choose Subscriptions, then choose AlFurqan AI. Billing and refund decisions are handled by Apple.
Account and privacy
Open your profile in AlFurqan AI to export available data, clear memory, remove conversations, sign out, or permanently delete the account. If you cannot access the app, contact support from the email address associated with the account.
Religious questions and urgent situations
Support cannot issue fatwas or resolve personal religious rulings. Consult a qualified local scholar for consequential guidance. AlFurqan AI is not an emergency service. If someone may be in immediate danger, contact local emergency services using a safe device when possible.
